The Organizing Committee for the 2026 Conference on Robot Learning (CoRL 2026) invites the submission of proposals for demonstrations. The demos will take place during the conference from November 9-11, 2026.
To streamline the submission process, CoRL 2026 introduces a Fast Track for demonstrations associated with officially accepted CoRL 2026 papers. Fast Track submissions require only a lightweight proposal.
Select the “Fast Track” option in the submission form.
The Fast Track is available only for officially accepted CoRL 2026 papers. A valid paper ID is required. Please submit the Fast Track proposal only after the paper acceptance notifications are released on September 4, 2026.
Each demo proposal may be submitted through either the Fast Track or the Regular Track, but not both.
If you are awaiting the paper decision, we encourage you to prepare the other required materials (e.g., video, abstract) in advance and submit the proposal after the acceptance notification.
Fast Track proposals will still be reviewed for suitability, feasibility, and relevance to the CoRL demo program.
Each proposed idea is required to include at least 1 physical robot system(s) (rather than simulation or other digital formats only).
It is allowed to submit work that was presented elsewhere; however, preference will be given to novel contributions that have not been previously shown at another conference or other events.

CoRL seeks demos that show impressive progress in robot learning. The topics include but are not limited to the following:
demonstrating a new level of autonomy beyond existing systems.
demonstrating the performance of novel (recently published) robot learning methods integrated with real robots.
demonstrating enablers for the robot learning community, e.g., systems for data collection, teleoperation, education, novel hardware and infrastructure that robot learning labs can benefit from.
A proposal should be submitted to this Google Form: https://forms.gle/zzQL9bddwDEPEpLM6. Please use the template provided in the Google Form for the proposal and prepare a video (<50MBs, <10mins) illustrating the demo and the hardware the authors will bring to the conference venue.
Please note that you are responsible for transporting the hardware and preparing all the required documentation (e.g., customs forms and insurance, if needed). CoRL 2026 Organizing Committee is not liable for any damages that may occur during transport or during demonstrations, and does not offer any insurance or shipping arrangements.
If your proposal is accepted, at least one author must register for and attend the demos sessions to present the work in person. For registration information, please check the main conference website.
CoRL demos are for showcasing and enabling research progress. While both academic and industrial labs can participate, the focus is on open hardware, systems, methods, and research, not products. Companies interested in showcasing their commercial products should contact the CoRL Sponsorship Chairs (instead of submitting a demo proposal).
